After reading the article Trip To Market Ends In Mom's Gruesome, my perception is that this person who were driving this vehicle had to be driving very fast because for this woman to die instantly and her body parts to be separated in that way the driver had to be not paying attention and driving to fast. I think that this situation is terrible, I could only imagine how her children are feeling now. David Evelyn maybe thought he was driving a plane where their is no one crossing or maybe he Don't see good. Government really need to do something about these speed driver.
