I am 172cm in height, I have brown eyes, and I am brown skin. I love just the way I am because I think God made everyone just the way he wanted you to be.It don't affect my communication because I communicate with people pretty good.

After reading the article Mom, Daughter raped during curfew my recation is that we are in the State of Emergency and yet still their are a lot of crime still going on in our country, and look now rape. I think this is terrible because people are still not a hundred percent safe, and what makes it more worse is that Longdonville, Chaguanas is under curfew and look what happened. This put me to think is the police officer's really doing their job? This mother and daughter has to live with this for life because it's not something that someone could ever forget. I think this is something that could lead anyone that this happened to, to the thought of taking their own life because of their lost of self-esteem.

All about me

My name is Vanessa Locario. I am a student at the University of the Southern Caribbean my major is Family and Consumer Science. I like meeting new people, taking care of kids and cooking. On a scale from 1-10 i grade myself as a 8. Because my weakness is to stand in front of a large group of people and give a speech. Especially when i am not familiar with them. So i think my solution to this weakness is to get a lot of practice and to be put on the spot. 

9/11

My reaction to the 9/11 was sympathy, sadness and even a sense of anger. Meaning i was so angry because there was so many innocent people involved even children. It was one of the most horrible and shocking thing to me in history. The 9/11 had me thinking about it a lot it gave a lot of different thoughts.

The 9/11 impacted me in a way that i could not understand. I wondered if i was on one of those flights what would i have done or even if one of my family members was involved. After the 9/11 attack it changed the way i looked at the U.S department. Because they responded and had the chance of saving lives although they lost a lot in the process. To me they did what they could even after ten(10) years they are still in memory of the lost and saved lives from the 9/11 attack.
